This outline is intended to guide the structure and completion of legislation. Please refer to the ESO Constitution and its By-Laws to determine the scope of SGA’s authority and ensure that proposed actions align with established governance.
ESO Constitution
The ESO Constitution serves as the governing document for all organizations under the Executive Student Organizations (ESO). It outlines the structure, operational procedures, and regulations that each organization must follow. Any matter not explicitly addressed within the ESO Constitution shall be referred to the Chief Justice and the panel of six Justices for review and interpretation.

As the Senate drafts bills or resolutions, members are encouraged to communicate with the appropriate departments for input and collaboration.
